Ingrid and Christine Jensen are internationally celebrated jazz musicians known for their distinctive voices and close musical collaboration. Canadian-born sisters, trumpeter Ingrid Jensen is renowned for her lyrical, powerful sound and has performed with artists such as Maria Schneider, Terri Lyne Carrington, and the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, while saxophonist Christine Jensen is acclaimed as a composer and bandleader whose work blends modern jazz with rich harmonic storytelling. Together and individually, they have earned multiple awards and recordings to their credit, making them two of the most influential and respected figures in contemporary jazz.
