Ethan Santos is a Filipino-American multi-instrumentalist, composer, and educator based in New Orleans, known for his versatility and understanding of the city’s musical traditions. A dynamic presence on the local and national scene, he has performed and collaborated with artists and ensembles including Tank & the Bangas, Dumpstaphunk, Nicholas Payton, Delfeayo Marsalis & the Uptown Jazz Orchestra, the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, Trumpet Mafia, Tidal Wave Brass Band, and Young Fellaz Brass Band. In addition to performing, Santos is dedicated to music education, serving as an adjunct professor at Tulane University.
