Her sets blend Afro-inspired rhythms and global grooves rooted in connection and storytelling. Moni Vargas is an Emmy Award-nominated storyteller and DJ who seamlessly mixes soulful house and disco with Afrobeats, and Caribbean and Brazilian rhythms, creating an irresistible catalyst for community-building and celebration across generations. She has performed across four continents and spun opening sets for Sir Paul McCartney, Massive Attack, Amy Winehouse, Janelle Monae, and Gilles Peterson.
