Grammy-winning bassist and composer Eric Revis is one of the most dynamic and influential musicians of his generation. He first came to prominence with the great Betty Carter, and since 1997 has anchored the renowned Branford Marsalis Quartet—recording eight albums and touring worldwide. Now based in his native California, he is a vital force in LA’s creative music scene, working with artists like Jeff Parker, Guillermo Brown, and Joshua White. A DownBeat Critics Poll “Rising Star” bassist, Revis continues to shape the future of modern jazz.
