Hailing from Baton Rouge, Stephen Lands is a New Orleans based trumpeter who’s performed, toured & recorded with Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Elvis Costello, Herlin Riley, Ellis Marsalis and the Marsalis Brothers, The Black Keys, Arcade Fire, Quiana Lynell, and most recently, PJ Morton and Maroon 5. As a composer, he contributed to the 2021 Sundance Award-winning film “Ma Belle, My Beauty.” In 2022, he performed two sold-out shows of his original compositions, “Rearranging the Planets” at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
Tonight, he presents the release of his latest project, “Rearranging the Planets.”
