TUESDAY: One of the inspirations behind the whole theme of our monthly series saluting indie hiphop from the late 90s and 2000s is none other than the esteemed @djeclipsersc . From rockin Fat Beats stores to djing for Non-Phixion to bringing new underground hiphop to the masses with his radio shows, Dj Eclipse has helped shine light on so much independent hiphop, that we HAD to make him the featured guest at the next edition of Tape Pop at @bierwax .
It goes down from 8-11pm on Tuesday the 12th, and come out to hear some dope indie hiphop classics on vinyl, sip on some great brews and of course no cover. I’ll be rockin the decks as well with my partner @maestro.chris as usual, so come through! Peace
